If you are experiencing this issue, don't worry, there is a simple solution. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to fix chatbot not sending messages on Kick streaming platform.
Step 1: Ensure that you are on the Kick platform settings page by visiting https://botrix.live/panel/profile.
Step 2: Once you have confirmed that you are on the correct platform, navigate to the dashboard of Kick by visiting https://kick.com/dashboard/community/moderators and ensure that BotRix is a moderator of your channel.
Step 3: Once you are 100% sure that the bot is a moderator, go to the chatbot section in the menu at https://botrix.live/panel.
Step 4: On the chatbot page, turn off the chatbot and then turn it back on.
Step 5: Wait a few seconds and test the chatbot by sending a message to the chat. It should now be sending messages as intended.
