Configuring Timers for BotRix

Are you having trouble getting your timers to work properly? One common issue is that timers may not be sent as frequently as desired. Don't worry, there's an easy fix for this!

In BotRix, you can adjust the number of chat lines required before sending a timer message. For example, if you set a timer to be sent every 5 minutes and require 50 chat lines to be received before sending the message, but only receive 15 chat lines in 5 minutes, then the timer message will be sent after 20 minutes when you accumulate 50 chat lines.

Here's how to set up your timers for optimal performance:

Step 1: Navigate to the BotRix ChatBot page by visiting https://botrix.live/panel/bot

Step 2: Click on the "Timers" option in the menu on the top side of the page.

Step 3: Edit one of them and find the "Lines" option and adjust it according to your needs. If you have a low chat activity, we recommend setting this value to a lower number to ensure your timers are sent at the desired interval.

Step 4: Click on "Confirm" to update your timer settings.
